How do I export my WhatsApp chat for Yapd?

On Android: open the chat, tap the three-dot menu, choose More, then Export chat, then Without media. You get a .txt file. On iPhone: open the chat, tap the contact name at the top, scroll to Export Chat, choose Without Media. You get a .zip. Drop either onto Yapd.

Is my WhatsApp chat private?

Yes. The free wrap is parsed entirely in your browser and nothing is stored. For signed-in users, the wrap is end-to-end encrypted in your browser before being saved. This publishes a separate, viewable copy at an unguessable URL containing only your visual recap summary and AI reports—your raw WhatsApp chat history is never uploaded or saved in plaintext on our database. You can set the link to expire in 7 or 30 days, or never. Turn it off and the public copy is deleted instantly. You can also save any individual slide as an image to share.

Does Yapd offer refunds?

All purchases are final and non-refundable. If a wrap fails to deliver, the credit is automatically returned to your wallet so you can try again. Try the free starter credits first to confirm Yapd does what you want before buying a pack.
