Shipping & Exchange

Yapd is a fully digital service. There is nothing to ship. Credits and Encore unlocks arrive in your account the moment payment is confirmed, usually under five seconds. Because nothing physical changes hands, exchanges do not apply. If a delivery fails, see the troubleshooting section below or our Cancellation & Refund policy.
1. No physical shipping
Yapd does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. Every purchase (credit packs and Encore unlocks) is a digital entitlement applied directly to your Yapd account. No courier, tracking number, or shipping address is involved at any stage.
2. How delivery works
- Credit packs: credited to your wallet the instant your payment provider confirms the charge. Your updated balance is visible on the credits page on your next page load (usually within a few seconds).
- Encore unlock: 3 credits are deducted, then the AI essay is generated in real time and saved to your library. Typical generation time is 30 to 60 seconds. You can leave the page open or return later, and the Encore stays in your library.
- Free starter credits: 2 credits are issued to every new device automatically. No payment required. No delivery delay.
3. Delivery time
Delivery is effectively instant. We do not promise an exact number because the speed depends on factors outside our control: your payment provider’s confirmation time, your network, and your device’s clock. As a guide:
- UPI, NetBanking, and Indian cards via Razorpay: typically under 10 seconds.
- International cards and PayPal via Razorpay: typically under 30 seconds.
- Bank-initiated holds or anti-fraud reviews can occasionally add a few minutes.
4. International delivery
Yapd works the same in every country with internet access. There are no customs duties, no import taxes, and no regional availability restrictions. All payments are processed through Razorpay’s hosted checkout, which supports UPI, NetBanking, wallets, Indian and international cards, and PayPal, in INR for Indian users and USD for everyone else.
5. If your delivery did not arrive
In the rare case a payment is confirmed by your bank but credits do not appear in your Yapd wallet:
- Wait two minutes and refresh the credits page. Most apparent failures are display delays that self-resolve.
- Sign out and sign back in to refresh your account state.
- If the credits are still missing, email support@yapd.in with your account email, the payment reference / transaction ID, the amount, and the date. We respond within 2 business days and either credit your wallet manually or, if the charge never actually reached us, advise you to recall it with your bank.
6. Exchange policy
Because there is no physical product, the concept of an “exchange” does not apply. We do not swap one credit pack for another after purchase, and we do not convert credits into Encore unlocks at a non-standard rate.

7. Loss of access
Once delivered, credits remain on your account until you spend or delete the account. We do not expire credits. If you lose access to your sign-in (for example, the Google account you used is disabled), write to support@yapd.in; we will verify ownership through the payment reference and help where we can. We cannot transfer credits between unrelated accounts.
