Email is the fastest way to reach us. We answer everything ourselves.
We are a small team. There is no phone tree, no ticket queue ranked by tier, and no auto-responder pretending to be a person. Pick the right inbox below and a human will reply within 2 business days, usually much sooner.
Response time
We aim to respond within 2 business days across every inbox. Privacy and data deletion requests are handled within 30 days as required by the applicable data-protection laws, including the EU GDPR, the California CCPA, and India’s DPDP Act.
Working hours are roughly 10:00–19:00 IST, Monday to Friday. Messages outside those hours are queued and answered the next working day.
When emailing about a charge
For billing questions please include:
- The email address on your Yapd account.
- The payment provider transaction / reference ID.
- The amount and the date of the charge.
- A one-line description of what went wrong.
Including these speeds up the resolution dramatically; we can look up the exact transaction without a back-and-forth.
